TDAC Assist ("we", "us") is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Royal Thai Government. The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) itself is free to file directly at tdac.immigration.go.th — our fee covers our team completing and submitting the form on your behalf.

1. The service

You provide your passport, travel, and accommodation details through our web form. In exchange for the fee you pay, our team reviews your submission and enters it into the official Thai immigration TDAC portal. We email you once the official confirmation is issued.

2. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. We complete the official form exactly as provided — we do not verify your passport, travel dates, or accommodation details against any other source. Errors in what you submit may cause delays or rejection by Thai immigration and are not our responsibility.

3. No guarantee of approval

Approval of a TDAC is at the sole discretion of Thai immigration authorities. We cannot guarantee approval, and we have no control over their decision or processing time.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are shown in Thai Baht (THB) at checkout and charged via Stripe at the time you select a processing package. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens after payment.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fee you paid for that application. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect information you provided, or by decisions made by Thai immigration authorities.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always available at this page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
